Each members sets their own fee's for service and makes up their own mind to accept a job or NOT. The member for hire MUST give a direct answer within 48 hrs if time is needed because of other commitments.

Once a fee is set on a members profile that is what you can expect to pay, as long as there is no other special requirments or major changes.

We do not pay or hire the members out we are just the notice board, so any service must go through the members directly.
